Balloon Fiesta Park, where the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® is held each October, also hosts the New Mexico Wine Festival and other events year-round.
The Park is also home to the Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum, which opened in 2005. The museum is a great place to learn all about ballooning history and culture, and it hosts many special events throughout the year. From April through September, Cliffs Amusement Park features the New Mexico Rattler, a large wooden roller coaster, and other theme-park rides, games and family activities.
